Dear San Elizario Colleague,

San Elizario ISD is about the people who are the center of all we do for students. Because of each of you, our students have the opportunity to excel in numerous academic and extracurricular activities. Remember that you are a student’s best hope on any given day. When our students interact with you, they will walk away fulfilled and confident that they can undertake any upcoming challenges. The passion with which each of you approaches your duties is contagious! Everything you do is done with a special intent and our students are the benefactors. We are a team working diligently to empower the next generation of learners to be their best. Everything we do in San Elizario ISD has a special purpose. It is that purpose that enables each of us to give our best so that all our students succeed in anything they set their hearts to accomplish.  

Can we count on you to commit to the following?

People: Be the individual that builds relationships among colleagues, and most importantly with students. Together we can inspire one another to be our very best every day.

Passion: Be the individual that demonstrates dedication and models the calling we all have to help all students succeed. Our passion for our work will inspire others to take it to the next level.

Purpose: Be the individual who is on a mission with the purpose of helping improve the lives of children. Be great on purpose. Our students are depending on us to be our best.
