Administrative Regulations
The purpose of the Administrative Regulations is to provide guidelines for consistency within the district. Administrative regulations are the rules and procedures to be followed, which are not covered by board policy. Under no circumstances can administrative regulations violate board policy.
Not all areas are covered by administrative regulations. If an area is not covered, please refer to the SEISD Board Policy Manual or the various manuals relating to the area in question.
Please review the enclosed administrative regulations. If there is a need to amend any of these, or add new ones, please do so by following this procedure:
- Double check if the administrative regulation being amended or added is not already listed as a Board policy;
- If the administrative regulation to be added or amended affects other departments or campus, please get input and agreement by all prior to submitting the amended or new administrative regulation.
- Please submit administrative regulations in the appropriate format for approval by the superintendent.
- Note: campus/department rules that are minor in nature or daily routines do not need to be made as administrative regulations.
